Sir my teeth are becoming yellow day by day it happens suddenly my teeth was white I don't take any thing which can cause yellowing of teeth it's happens within a week and I have pain in neck also what could be reason I have ho pain in teeth but in jaws

Though, check whether you have increased intake of coloured soft drinks, tea or coffee or are you taking any medication.
Reason for neck pain could be something else. It needs detailed clinical examination

Is it Ima single tooth , if yes then it can be because of some history of trauma
