Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am attching my latest x ray and a photo of my right upper teeth. Tooth no. 7 is in process of rct. Tooth no 6 needs rct or filing. If I go for rct in no 6 can I get it  done after completing my rct of 7. When tooth no 6 is in drilling procedure can it affect my treatment of tooth no 7 because both the teeth has been broken. Pls suggest me.

Swelling and pain in gums for past two days. Upper and lower molar teeth having cavities and caries.

Local doctors are suggesting RCT but I am confused whether a RCT should be done to a 10 yr old. Wouldn't the teeth regrow since she is just 10yr old? Is RCT advised for kids?

My kid lost his teeth at age of 6 month, now he is 4 years 2 month but no sign of new teeth what we should do?

Sir last five months I show many small small white yellowish spot inside left cheek and corner of mouth also seen in right side but its  show very small amount instead of left side not any side effects like burning bleeding not increase in size no sensitivity but after thinking about it can't feel comfortable with this problem not habbit of chewing tobacco already doctor said its granules and give tablet of lycocil and kenakort tab When i drink much water and not thinking about it that time I feel comfortable so please sir give such information about granules How long time it take Can I use isoterition tablet ? How much dosage? Please ans me sir

I have a black spot on front teeth and I am not sure if its is a cavity or not so what are the possible options to treat that. Also I have tartar on some other tooth so can you suggest some home remedy to solve it. Request you to suggest home treatments for both the problems

I had been undergoing braces treatment for past 2 years. My original requirement was to only close gaps between my teeth I had a canine in upper palatte and that needed to be exposed. It took 2 years to bring it down but is rotated. The doctor is suggesting to leave it as is and build up than bring it in position. Please advise how much time will it take if I want to correct original tooth. Also are their chances of tooth becoming dead. What to do if there is not enough space to rotate?

I have severe lower jaw pain under ear, side of the neck and lower jaw since may. I have mild swelling in the lower jaw and side of the neck. I have some small lump spots in the side of the neck and under earlobe which hurts to touch. I have ear pain and fullness. went to ENT and no ear infection. went to dentist, he told me to extract upper wisdom tooth. extracted in July. still the same symptoms. went back and he said I might have a tooth crack in the lower first molar or it could be tmjd.both crack and tmjd will have the same symptoms ,so he said we have to rule out one by one. I didn't feel any pain on lower molar. but during diagnosis, that tooth was very sensitive to cold and to bite on one spot on that tooth. i did RCT yesterday. I still have same pain under earlobe and the side of the neck. so RCT doesn't help with jaw pain. rct helps with sore pain on the lower molar but not the jaw or neck pain. I have severe burning pain. when to get crown after RCT?  told me to get it 6wks.

My front teeth are too big and have gaps in it and one of the teeth is not properly aligned please help me suggesting the cost and the time it will take to make a happy smile on my face
