Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had a mild pain in my upper tooth, next to wisdom tooth. I went to dentist and he took an X ray and mentioned that there is a slight decay present in the middle of two tooth. His assistant has performed localized cleaning at that place. My pain has aggravated after that . I feel my tooth nerves are radiating towards Jaw , ears and Head. Would it happen in case if cleaning is not done handled properly?

I have a pimple like white spot on the gums and its not painful, only pains when I touch it or brush on it.

My mouth opening is of 25-30 mm only, what should I do? Should I go for laser treatment? How much will it cost?

Which filling material is good for tooth after drilling or canal ...means long lasting so should not go for every year
