Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi doctor, There is a slight yellow color patch in corner of side upper teeth which is touching to the teeth n paining. Attached pic for reference. Pls advice

Toothache from one month..Please suggest some medicine for thsi problem. The pain is very unbearable...

Hello, My baby is 12.5 months old. She got her first tooth when she was 11 months old. From then till now she has only one tooth. And even the size of the tooth is very small. Please see the image it is like broken or small. Should I be worried? Any advice on this pls. FYI I have started d3 and calcium syrup from her 12months of age.

Last four months I show some small small yellowish spot inside right cheek not any other problem like burning sensation or bleeding or increase size but  this problem effect on concentration of mind If I scratch inside cheek with finger than I noticed spot My bds doctor said this I Fordyce granules and give me pest of kenakort and multivitamin tablet So please give me some instructions about it how treat this and how long time take Bcoz it effect on consuntrat

I have lower jaw pain,ear pain  and neck pain for 5 months now. Went to different doctors. No answer yet. Went to dentist. Told me to extract Upper wisdom tooth and suspected a tooth fracture in lower first molar. Did root canal and no fracture found as per Endodontist diagnosis. So still the same symptoms. Is it possible to miss the tooth fracture even after doing root canal? Dentist sent me to tmj specialist. I went to tmj specialist and he said it's jaw joint issues, muscle tightness and myofacial pain. Gave a plan (mouth appliance)which is very expensive. I don't want to get an expensive treatment without second opinion. My symptoms are, constant burning severe pain in lower jaw under ear, burning on side of the neck, constant feeling of something stuck in throat, neck is so tight and stiff, ear clogged, ringing and some soft humming music while lying down, one spot on top of head above the ear is sore and hurts continuously to touch. Only one spot. Does my symptoms indicates tmjd?

I had braces in 2015 and now my one of frontal seems bursting out .i don't know if i am just feeling.i would like to ask if i have make try for retrainers or just try my fingers to push them.kindly advice.i had to remove 4 teeths during braces and 2 teeths replaced with zirconium after rct.please quide gow to take care so that i dont suffer from any dental issues in future.
