Can RCT can be performed without local ansthetic ??...please clearly tell me don't want Anastasia's during the proceedure..is it possible

I have a black spot in  upper chewing teeth . It's started after lockdown . I m doing brush two times and using mouth wash after eating food. I am not able understood  that it's growing or not but still I have a black spot in right chewing teeth.The black spot is in round shape . Is it cavity or what ? In this pandemic, dental dr will not see this problem? I don't know what to do ?

What is Teeth washing Tritment ? It is harmful for Teeth . Most of people say this tritment remove over teeth enamel it's true?

My daughter 14 years old we contact our nearest dentist for her dental cavity  and he filled it...but the filling was break that's what it needs to replaced...is iy contains BPA..is it cause any nurological probelm in future..i asked my dentist and he told that it not contains BPA..but i am not sure and satisfied with that..i want a proper clarity...what should i do.... I don't trust my dentist....in this matter because it was really very big matter.. Can doctors please help me What should i do..please help.. Can you please help me. Is there any problem cause in future.. And how i identify it was BPA free meterial..please tell me..thanks..

Facing wisdom teeth pain since 2/3 days,unable to take food properly,it's hurting at the time of chewing some foods

I am having extreme wisdom teeth pain for the past few days. I had gone to the dentist who gave me Cefoclox-XL twice daily, Muscodac Plus thrice daily and Metrogyl ER twice daily for 4 Days. Slight improvement, but having extreme pain while gargling, brushing, sneezing. I am also having pain when I wake up in the morning. Please suggest a remedy. The pain is extending to the ears and throat also.

Is it mandatory to put cap or crown after RCT. I am 23 years old. Pls suggest. It's already 2 months i have completed RCT . But haven't put cap on teeth
