Having pain during eating food in my upper molar since 2 days. What painkiller and antibiotic i can take so i can delay the treatment for few days.

I have receeding gums problem, actually in right side my upper molar teeths are one above the other so there is a space between two teeths in which every time food got stuck when I chew from that side and many times it bleeds while I attempt to take out that food part. I feel sensations in my teeths. Should I visit to a dentist in this Corona period.. Is it safe??
