Pain in upper molar teeth
I am having pain and sensation in my upper molar teeth since last 2 days. I used a small wood toothpick then it starts bleeding.

Two things is possible, Your food gets dislodged between two teeth and it may have caused you gingivitis and for that you should get your teeth clean by deep scaling and prophylaxis...
Next Steps
You should change your brushing habit and use a right tooth paste and utrasoft brush... But scaling is necessary.

Visit dentist and get x ray done. If there is caries then you may need dental filling or rct depending upon extension of caries. Bleeding will stop on its own don't worry.
