Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi doctor, 20 days ago I undergone re-rct(4&5) and crown. Now I don't have pain when I bite or chew. But feeling irritation near gum side, especially end of the crown (inbetween 5&6). Doctor said due pressure of the crown it will happen. He has given turbocort to apply. I am doing salt water rinse along with it. Time being it will give relax, again I feel irritation. Why this happening and suggest any good medicine to get rid of. Thanks for your time.

Dear dr kindly suggest My son 8 year old got a extra tooth (check attached image)in upper jaw. There is concern now but it looks not good . is there any concern may come in  future? Pls suggest.

I am 32 yr old ,I am getting a recurrent abscess in the tooth which is Rct treated and restored with cap. The abscess subsides on its own.A dentist did drainage in that area.But I am still concerned if it relapses. Kindly suggest what would be the best treatment.please see the xray attached.

My 2nd and 3rd molars teeth are yellowish but few weeks ago it weren't. Is it cavity or teeth erosion? I'm having vitamin D deficiency. I have mouth ulcer as well for more than 10 days and CYST benign tumor. Is vitamin D deficiency the reason that i get dental caries so easily? What should i do? ☹️

I am having red lesion on tongue at the back edge of tongue near wisdom tooth. I have attached the photos. It's been there for last month and not healing even after topical applications of kenacort and caziq and also multivitamins tablets. Could you please let me know if it's risky?

I hear clicking in my jaw when I open and close it. My left jaw muscle is paining. Could it be TMJ disk dislocation? Will an anterior bite plate bring the disk back to its original place?
