Cavity and sensation
I am having this cavity since more than 1 year. I experience sensation in that area while drinking sugary liquids and while pressing the teeth hardly. Is cavity responsible for that sensation? Can anything be done about this? Should I see a dentist now?

Hello dear Visit your near by dentist He/she will properly examine and let you know the extent of the caries. Mostly your sensation will go after restoration/filling.
Health Tips
Don’t delay it as caries can extend and can cause pain.

Yes see a dentist immediately. You should go for filling of that cavity. Delay may lead to pulp exposure and abscess which may unnecessarily lead to going for rct.
Next Steps
visit dentist ASAP

I think you should get it examined by the dentist who can accurately show you the extent of the caries (I. E that small black spots or stains on the biting surface of the tooth ) by clinical examination & radiographic findings. Don't worry about it. It's a simple process. After that get the treatment done as advised by dentist.
Next Steps
visit dentist
Health Tips
use fluoride containing toothpaste & also follow proper brushing technique as instructed by the dentist.

The dentist will take an radiograph (x-ray) to see the extend of the problem since the problem is localised its most probably due to a decayed tooth
Next Steps
Visit a dentist and get a radiograph done
Health Tips
Avoid eating anything too hot or too cold and anything hard from that part of the jaw
