Tiny black, grey spots on teeth

I had braces for 2 years and were removed a couple of months back. I noticed some black dots and spots on the teeth where the braces were once there. They appear to be from inside of the teeth and I can't feel them on the surface. What are they? Am I supposed to be concerned about them?

My teeth becoming yellow day by day. I brush my teeth daily still no change in yellowish. Is it a deposition of plaque or any thing else ?
