Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi doctors. I have an issue of overthinking. I have found out that chewing gum helps me to not get deep with my thoughts. I chew 2-3 chewing gums a day. Will chewing gum affect my teeth? How much chewing gum is okay, and what type of chewing gum should i chew to avoid any adverse effect on teeth and overall health?

I have a mouth ulcer under my lips since last 5 days... please tell me how much time does it take to heal an ulcer...i dont take tobacco or alcohol... I am worried, why is is it taking this much time ??? I get worried everyday

Whenever i open my mouth, there is a pain on the right near the cheek bone, gums are not paining, neither the teeth. i'm just not able to exactly locate the pain, it's just that whenever i open my mouth or chew from the right side, there a pain that i feel, at it's pulling the entire right side like a stretch. The pain is there since the last ten days but it's not a bad pain. like it's not unbearable, the pain intensity is constant since the last ten days. Initially i did not pay attention to it and thought it would get fine on its own but it's been more than ten days so thought of asking for guidance.

I discovered a bump on the roof of the mouth that; - has been there for about 3-5 days (can't be sure). - I paid attention to it since it hasn't changed in this time. - Doesn't hurt and no obstruction. - It's a shallow bump - and feels sour to the taste. - Sensation is not lost. - most importantly, it is dark, blackish in appearance. (I am a smoker) Is there something to worry about? Concerned. Thank you for any replies...

Had some hard food and from then onwards got tooth pain and it passed to ear pain too. Now Suffering with ear and tooth pain. Thanks.

From last few weeks I am getting recurring blood blisters inside mouth cheek and it gets resolved by itself in 2-3 days. It happened 3-4 times in last 1-2 months. Is it something serious and I should be worried and what should be done to control this.

Hi, I have been to an Endodontist to check if I have tooth root fracture. I have jaw pain under the ear and neck for ten months now. I have been told to extract upper wisdom tooth and I did that. Then told I might have tooth root fracture in #46. Did root canal. Still same symptoms of jaw and neck pain. Dentist told to extract it now. That tooth#46 hurts for tapping and biting on it. I this happened even before the root canal and told to do RCT for the same reason. Still have same tapping and biting pain. I saw another endo for second opinion. He said I might be clenching and grinding hard. That might be the reason for my tapping and biting pain. Don't need to extract it now and asked me to check occlusion and tmj treatment. Whether occlusion issue suddenly cause so many symptoms and for long time? I have 2 lump spots too in jaw and neck. It hurts to touch under the ear in jaw and side of neck. It's hard lump and same size. Had CT neck scan for that and normal results.
