Hello, I am 15.
I want to reverse the teeth extraction of 4 teeth for braces due to aesthetic and health reasons.
I am willing to get implants as per need.
Is it possible to get only 1 or 2 teeth implanted instead of all four?
will it lead to assymetry in face?
Should I wait till I get all my wisdom teeth?

For the reversal of the treatment, it is better to wait till your wisdom teeth gets erupted. As for now you can take OPG and check out the path of eruption of the wisdom teeth. If there is any impaction then get it removed and then the rest of the spaces can be closed by implants. You need to meet an orthodontist, oral surgeon and implantologist for the complete treatment procedure. As per pic it seems no issue and you look beautiful.
Hope this would have helped you out.

Hello
I suppose you underwent a orthodontic treatment that resulted in extraction of your 4 teeth.
If your treatment is complete means the gap closed then the doctor again has to reopen the gap and then the treatment will last for long as your braces treatment. Then implant procedure will take another 6 months... As per your aesthetic concern it looks all well in picture. If you have problem in eating, pain or anything as such consult your dentist or you can share here also.

If no major issue please don't go for further treatment as this does lead to weaken of teeth and surrounding bone.
have you undergone braces treatment already. is it completed? (not clear from your pic)
if yes. the space of 4 teeth extracted should be closed already. in that case for replacing the 4 teeth the dentist has to make space again.
if still space is there after braces treatment u can go for replacing the teeth or closing the gaps.
