Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello doctor I am facing excessive drooling or saliva at night my pillow is wet every time and also in daytime whenever I look down saliva start out. I am unable to open full mouth whenever I tried to pen full mouth my left side of jaw pain and feel lock.No cavities in mouth, brush 2 times daily. Please suggest me medicine or treatment or tell me which specialist doctor is best for this problem. I am facing from long time.

I have  long cut like skin peeling inside cheek while eating .when I touch by tongue it feel like roughness.some time I feel pain like burning.

I had tooth extraction. After that i took plantago 200 homeopathic.. But my teeth became hypersensitive and have pain with headache.. What should I do.?

Last four months I show some small small yellowish spot inside right cheek not any other problem like burning sensation or bleeding or increase size but  this problem effect on concentration of mind If I scratch inside cheek with finger than I noticed spot My bds doctor said this I Fordyce granules and give me pest of kenakort and multivitamin tablet So please give me some instructions about it how treat this problem

I have mild pain in RCT teeth (1st and 2nd molar). It was done about 2 months ago. Why do i often feel pain? Is there any problem?
