Please check out for caries in upper left molar and get it treated. ( RCT and crown). The discomfort in left eye is due to infection from that caries tooth might have spread to maxillary sinus under your eyes and so the inflammation.

From the given opg it seems that, there is deep distal caries with abcess formation at the root part of upper left 2nd molar with one of it's root impenging upon the 3rd molar causing the trouble. So get it fixed & by taking another small xray called' iopa' from different angle view for confirmation .
And
For eyelids problem get consultation with ophthalmologist.
