Jaw injury
As suggested i went for an opg post my jaw collided with goalkeeper forehead in football.

The opg is too dark to judge anything. Better visit MDS oral and maxillofacial surgeon at the earliest and do all investigations under his/her guidance. Ultimately they are the ones who are going to treat you.

Get a small xray [iopa] done for your upper & lower front teeth. It does not appear very clear on OPG.
Any pain or sensitivity in the same?
