Small ulcer/skin ruptured inside mouth.
Burning sensation Inside the upper teeth of the mouth. She does not consume tobacco or betel nut. As marked in the picture attached ,the area of skin that is ruptured.Please advise the medicine to heal the burning sensation in the mouth.

This looks like abrasion  caused by hot or hard food.Apply dologel ointment  2-3 times daily...tab Nurokind plus twice a day ,tab folium ds once daily for 5 days. For pain take tab ketorol dt sos
Next Steps
Go for cleaning  for teeth...as the deposits can also cause reccurent ulcers. good oral hygiene practice  will help u keep your mouth  healthy.
