Teeth Sensitivity
I'm experiencing sensitivity in my teeth since the last 4 months. I had tried thermoseal but it was not effective. Teeth becomes more sensitive generally after I smoke which I've been doing since 6 years. Please suggest me something. I'd like to add that There's no pain or blood after brushing my teeth.

Smoking damages gum tissue and causes gum recession, leaving the roots of the teeth exposed. This could increase the risk of tooth decay and cause hot/cold sensitivity due to the exposure of sensitive nerve endings that are covered by the gum line. The high temperatures inhaled during smoking can irritate the gums and lead to teeth sensitivity. However, definite diagnosis in your case will require your oral examination. Quitting smoking is the most effective way to ensure better oral health.
Next Steps
Quit smoking. Visit the dentist for definite clinical evaluation and treatment.
Health Tips
Brush twice a day gently using soft toothbrush. Maintain good oral hygiene.

Hello. Sensitivity of teeth occurs due to exposure of the dentin which is a sensitive part of the toith or due to some deacay, attrison of teeth and some gum problems . I would recommend you to visit a nearby dental surgeon as soon as possible so that the chief complaint can be resolved.
