Tooth and Mouth Problems

Sir/Mam, went for a root canal treatment 2 years ago with all safe procedures. Now, after two years I feel a swelling in the jaw right above the tooth where root canal was done. My dentist advice me to go for salt warm water gargle every day to get rid of stuck food. But the problem still persists there. Though the swelling is not painful. It is only painful when pressed by finger. Is that alarming? I also do Coalgate mouthwash gargle regularly in this Covid situation. Please suggest the way to get rid of it in home if possible. Dont want to visit dentist in this covid situation

I got my wisdom tooth removed in February (2 months back) and took necessary care as instructed by doctor. It was non surgical extraction. But to date I still feel a pulsating/throbbing pain sometimes in the cavity hole. I do use mouth wash to clean out food stuck in the cavity. Hi, I recently due to an accident broke my tooth next to two middle ones slightly from one corner and there is constant pain in front two teeth as well. Is there any way I can get my my tooth in shape? And the constant pain dentist said is due to trauma which will get better eventually. Should i be worried?
