Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am having gum shrinkage with my gums, 2 cavities have been found near 2 teeth. I want to know whether will it be cured by root canal treatment.

A part of my tooth fall out and the tooth has been a little rotten. But condition of my city gas been worsened due to corona virus. Is it safe to go to a dentist right now or should I do something at home? Can a temporary treatment be done at home to avoid going out from home right now?

So my wisdom tooth started erupting a month back so my dentist  said let's wait and see how it grows now it has erupted partially and wanted to get it removed but now there are so many covid cases and death in my city so I am really getting paranoid about going out of my house let alone remove my mask in front of dentist. From 1 st may we can get vaccine so I hope I get vaccinated as soon as possible and after that I would visit my dentist. Right now I am rinsing it with salt water and mouthwash brushing two times a day I had a bit discomfort few days back because I bit on the skin flap around my tooth but now I don't have any pain. Please advice I am worried about both getting covid and getting mouth infection
