Hi, canker sores are harmless and they heal in a couple of weeks.do not worry. It usually develops when you bite your cheek/tongue/ lip while eating or due to hard tooth brushing or due to vitamin deficiency
Next Steps
Apply rexidine-M gel 2/3 times a day on the affected area. Avoid hot and spicy food for a few days. Do warm water salt gargles 2/3 times a day. Continue with your b complex tablets. It should heal by a week or two. If problem persists, consult a nearby dentist or opt for a video consultation. Avoid citrus containing foods for a week.
