I've Been suffering from CANKER SORES since 2 days......its on my tongue and all over my mouth.....what to do ?

Canker sores usually don't need any medicines... But you should stop taking spicy n acidic foods.you can apply topical lignocaine for pain relief , you can have a vitamin supplement​ for the faster relief....
