Brushing before Bed time is mandatory (twice a day).with paste specified for children and brush too. Wait until age of 13 and if still gaps persist, treatment would be required. Until all permanent teeth erupt, certain gap between/among teeth will be created and automatically will be eliminated by eruption of further more permanent teeth.so not to worry about gap between teeth until all the permanent teeth have erupted for your kid.I.e. age of 12 or 13 yrs.
Health Tips
get scaling done for him once pandemic subsides and teach correct brusing strokes for preventing calculus formation and maintain oral hygiene. Luke warm water and a pinch of black salt gargle once a day before brushing at night regularly.

Hello. From what I can see from your picture, you still have a mixture of old and new teeth. Your new teeth are not in their final position yet and they will change more in the coming years. This happens because your new teeth are bigger in size than your old teeth. As your jaw size increases, they may or may not align properly. The spaces that you see in the lower teeth are because a couple of teeth have not erupted yet.
Next Steps
You should go to a dentist for a checkup and get some X rays done to check the position of your permanent teeth.

First and foremost thing your son needs to do proper brushing. Now coming to your question it's too early to judge the alignment of teeth. Let his other teeth erupt till the age of 13 years then according to his condition at that time treatment can be planned.
Next Steps
Wait and watch.
Health Tips
Proper brushing.
