Hi, it’s an ulcer. Nothing to worry about. Mouth ulcers are harmless and they heal on their own in a couple of weeks. It develops coz of heat in the body, vitamin deficiency or if you bite cheek/lip/ tongue while eating.
Next Steps
Avoid hot and spicy food for a few days. Take multivitamin tablets for a week. Apply rexidine-M gel if it pains. Keep yourself hydrated. Do not talk while eating. Have chaas, dahi, chia seeds, coconut water.
