Hi, teeth clenching can be due to stress, anxiety or due to abnormal bite.

As the doctor said, it comes as a custom fit.. pre fabricated doesn’t fit well. Visit your nearby dentist and get it done. Also, meanwhile practise some stress reducing techniques like yoga, meditation or exercises to relax your jaw muscles. If your jaw pains in the morning, you can consult a physician and take a muscle relaxant for the same.

Pre fabricated mouthgaurds doesn’t have good fit . Dental clinics which are opened now a days are taking full COVID-19 guidelines so no need to worry get a mouthgaurd fabricated.

Teeth guard has to be a custom fit otherwise it ll cause more harm. Teeth guard work as habit breaking appliance also. There no other treatment available for bruxism. Visit a near by dentist and get a night guard made Hope this helps Cheers
