Hello, my dentist has asked me to get a night guard because she noticed lot of thinning in my front tooth.. and some chipped edges.. She suggested me to get night guard for both upper and lower teeth, but that is out of budget for me, so I want to know. Can I get only one night guard
If yes, then, for which lower or upper ?

Hello Maam
Ideally night guard is used for single arch only, so you can go with one night guard
You can go with lower but can ask for opinion from your dentist
