Give your child foods like coconut, boiled/ steamed corn or raw carrot. These type of hard food will help loosen the milk teeth in time. Grinding of teeth has many reasons, one of them could be the I'll aranged teeth he has right now.
Next Steps
- If the milk teeth still do not fall after few months, visit a dentist to get them taken out. - You have to consult a Pedodontist for the teeth grinding. He might need a habit breaking appliance soon.

Depending on where teeth are erupting and which teeth are erupting,  you may either need immediate intervention or wait. If the lower tooth is erupting behind the baby teeth, they are fine. You can wait a maximum of three months . Give her frozen carrot sticks to help the tooth fall faster. Gentle pressure from the tongue during movements and speech would help the adult tooth move forward but she may require braces later. If the upper tooth is erupting in front of the baby tooth it's fine. If upper tooth erupts behind the baby tooth or lower tooth erupts in front of the baby tooth, the baby teeth need to be extracted immediately to prevent any bite issues. Kindly send a picture to your dentist and ask them for advise too
