Apply rexidine-M gel to the affected area 2/3 times a day. Maintain good oral hygiene and avoid hot and spicy food for a few days

Hello, This ulcer looks like due to cheek biting. Sometimes, when the teeth edges are sharp, cheek comes in between teeth. Anyways, you are taking multivitamin, so nothing to worry, it will subside.
Next Steps
In case you have pain in ulcer, apply Hexigel (2-3 times/day) for 5 days. Maintain oral hygiene. Avoid hot & spicy food.
