Brownish patch on inner cheek
Please help me to diagnose what is this, there's no swelling, no lumps, no itching or bleeding sometimes bloot clot marks. I dont smoke regularly, 4-5 times a year only, I don't drink nor i am having and tobacco habit. I found out this mark since Thursday since then m worried. Please help me, is it because of upper wisdom tooth or anything else, please help. Should I get a biopsy done?

Hi there , No there is no need for a biopsy. If ne of ur teeth is rubbing against ur cheek plz get it rounded off by a dentist.

It looks like a Melanin pigmentation. There's nothing to worry. Should subside on it own.

There is nothing to worry about this patch. It seems like melanosis. But their seems an opening in you upper arch. If its discharging fluids get it checked it may be a fistula. Thank you.
