Black patches and burning sensation  since how long ?? Any habbit of tobacco chewing  ,smoking ?? Kindly upload d picks of ur oral cavity and with comete history u can contact on my personal chat or can make a videoconsult . I am an Oral medicine and radiologist  and deals with such oral lesions .

Black patches are mostly due some dietary habits n can also be associated with some anti depressants .
Next Steps
apply orasore on the area where you are getting burning sensation .take b complex for around 4-5 days 2-3 times /day
