Black patches on inner cheek
I have developed black patches on inner cheek and have a burning sensation on them when eating. These burnings occur when having hot or spicy food.

Although it's very tough to make out the exact reason of such patches but it might be related to some dietary habits like spicy foods.
Next Steps
For the time being the best option is to apply some pain killer gel like dologel ,kenakort or orasore alongwith take some b complex
