Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi, My upper central incisors are missing( accident 12 years back) and I am using an RPD since then. There is now just 11mm space for two teeth and very little bone for implants to be placed. An alternative suggested has been to orthodontically move the lateral incisors to the centre and use veneers. Please advise.

My tooth gum is paining and there is a yellow skin like shedded within the gums. It has started bleeding everyday i brush my teeth.

I have bad breathing problem.. i have gone to doctor also.. till i have tablet it is ok. Bt after again same thing start.. i always do brush 2-3 times then too its happening.. i already used listerin mouth wash also.. can u tell why it is happening..

Have been facing bumps inside the mouth behind lips and on the back part of tongue, it burns when i brush my teeth in the morning. What food to eat and what to avoid ?

I am having sensitivity on my tooth whenevr I drink chill water or hot coffee. But I don't have any cavity on my tooth when I last visited my dentist. Can you please tell me what may be the reason behind this sensitivity and also how can I get rid of it.. Thanks in advance

After rct , is it compulsory to go with the antibiotics.  After my wisdom teeth removal developed left sided tongue numbness,  how long it will take to go? After rct I need to go for crowns, that should not look ugly. My dentist advised me to go for metal crowns only, but I  want to go for ceramic, 

Hi my niece has dental problem in her upper jaw. She had fallen when she was 1year old & had a chipped teeth that time. Now a teeth near her chipped teeth is shaking a lot & she is in pain. My dentist told me she would refer her to child specialist. My niece is running low on haemoglobin too & is very tough to handle when she is in pain. i wanted to know if there are any major risk if she has to get her knocked of heer tooth by a dentist?

From last 2 weeks I have been getting ocationally pain in my right ear. From yesterday I have been getting pain in ear while eating. Please advise what could be reason. Also advise if I should consult an ENT or dentist.
