Tooth and Mouth Problems

My mother has developed a cavity in the front of a front tooth She is having pain and takes paracetamol to reduce it It has become difficult making a bite with that teeth Their is otherwise no specific pain in the gums Picture attached Please advise

Few months back I had my wisdom tooth growing. It pains now.. and on getting it diagnosed, found that it needs to be removed. I would like to know how much would a wisdom tooth extraction cost ?

Last 20 days their is a small white marks in my tounge.Which is not going, I m taking vitamin d because suffering from vitamin d deficiency. Hi , This is shiva D one of the employee from IT org. As part of my profession I used to drink coffee at least thrice in a day.. it might be the reason my teeth became more yellowish and looking very ugly.
