Tooth and Mouth Problems

My tooth cap came off from the lower jaw grinding tooth, rct done and tooth was capped 3 years ago and I think the problem is the adhesive .. Can I use any denture adhesives?

Dear Sir/Ma'am Since 4 yr my wishdom teeth is coming and i feeling pain on my right jaw and neck as well. My mouth opening is not upto the mark for extraction and now i feel it's mandatory for me to extract that teeth could you please tell me what i will hv to do and for complete treatment how much around it will cost.

I have black spots in inner cheeks what is the reason behind?? Some doctors said its melanin pigmentation only homoepathic doctor said its lichen please help me is it serious issue or just normal?? Is this curable

One of my tooth on right side is pointing out and the teeth right under it a larger in size than others. So I just figured out that can those teeth be filed down and I could use only a retainer to push them back inside. But I have been suggested to get braces on which I do not want.

I am 20 yrs old ....before 4 years ago I put teeth braces by removing 4 teeth's as usual....after 4-5 months my dentist said it's the time to remove...from there I had noted that I feel difficulty to speak...at that time I didn't care....But nowadays it becomes a major problems to speak fluently or to pronounce some words sometimes....it becomes my routine issue...why this happen??..pls give me a solution as soon as possible...

Some mark on lower lip, redness in mouth and some discomfort, can it be ulcer problem? This start 2-3 days back, no pain in mouth while eating food, or it can be because of vitamin deficiency? No tabbaco eating ever.

First of All, I want to thank each one of you far taking time out of your busy schedule and answering my previous question. I received 42 responses. That was great. I am based out of Bangalore. Based on your suggestion I went to best hospital here and done all tests like CBCT. Doc has said Implant is the only way. For first teeth calcium available in Jaw is 10.3 mm for next tooth its 8.3mm. Doctor has said price for first tooth approx 50K and for second one 70K. This is very expensive for me. He said the implant is European quality and best one in titanium. Please suggest Doctors.
