Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have tooth pain. Is it sensitivity or cavity because it is also followed by bad breath despite brushing my teeth twice a day since 6 years regularly.

Hello sir/ mam, I have a small dog tooth in the middle of my teeth. So is it possible to remove it and make my teeth regular as normal people have? And if it is possible to remove it then what to do for fill that gap. Please help me sir

Dear Dentist, RCT was done for my upper chewing tooth number 26. More than a month has passed since RCT done but Crown fixing not done at Balaji Dental College Chennai. I paid Rs.1000 for Ceramic crown to the Dentist in October end, he took the money and did not give any bill. On my asking he gave hand written receipt for Rs.1000. The crown could not be fixed as he was not at Chennai. On asking for proper bill he keeps telling some lame excuse. He said he would give his clinic bill. I refused to it. Now he is telling me he lost the crown so either take new measurement /will refund Rs.1000 to me. I don't know what to do with him? He wasted my time,money and energy. My question is whether not fixing Crown after doing RCT would cause any damage to my gums or other teeth? How long can I postpone crown fixing. Note RCT done on 27th December 16. Already 2 months have passed. Clarify.

Was operated on molar teeth with RCT treatment. RCT treatment got over in 1 sitting and doctor also advised to take size of cap on same day. Is it OK to do so and what's the difference between 1 sitting RCt vs 3-4 sittings?

No manner of brushing and cleaning reduces yellowish scales and whitish deposits around teeth .gums bleed from time to time.
