Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have chipped my front incisor about 1 and 1/2 year ago and got dental bonding just 1 month before and it broke off. After that I'm not willing to get bonding again and want to get a more permanent method and that is "Stem cells" of tooth. So please guide me.

Hello, I am facing a problem on my tooth turning yellow and I very often I find white deposits over the gum from inside mouth. My Question: Is there any remedy for getting it cleaned or and toothpaste that might help in getting it off. Please advise

I was having white coated tongue from last few weeks and infected tonsils , then i used to wash it with betadine . Then a friend suggested me to use candid mouth gel on tongue , I used it for a day as well as garglled with betadine .now there are some inflammed papillae on the back side of my tongue and my tongue still has a white coating . But no infected tonsills anymore . I didnt even had pain when i had infected tonsills .plz suggest

I recently got an x-ray for my teeth done, there is a tooth on my left-upper jaw (2nd from last teeth, I think we call it the third molar) with a bad decay. I do not feel any pain in the tooth yet. My question is, does it need root canal treatment or is filling enough? Please check the attached X-ray file.
