Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi Sir, My problem is I am observing small coin sized spot in my moth side walls since 5 months, which is not having pain but giving little sensation some times. And recently I got one more spot above front teeth gums. I am feeling like it's spreading across moth. I visited dentist they are telling it's not dental problem. Physician is not even looking at it and just giving some medicine. Its not getting cured. I am having IBS problem, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deficiency. Kindly Please suggest some solution for it. Sir/madam, i have my frontal tooth misaligned and i came across this treatment calle "six month smile " . I wanted to know more about this treatment, its pros and cons and also its costs.

Had wisdom tooth removed. 3 days had no problem, then from 4th day little pain in lower jaw, nearby teeth, below ear, eyes and shoulder feel strained. Its 6th day today and pain persists.
