Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am 20 yrs old ....before 4 years ago I put teeth braces by removing 4 teeth's as usual....after 4-5 months my dentist said it's the time to remove...from there I had noted that I feel difficulty to speak...at that time I didn't care....But nowadays it becomes a major problems to speak fluently or to pronounce some words sometimes....it becomes my routine issue...why this happen??..pls give me a solution as soon as possible...

Some mark on lower lip, redness in mouth and some discomfort, can it be ulcer problem? This start 2-3 days back, no pain in mouth while eating food, or it can be because of vitamin deficiency? No tabbaco eating ever.

Based on your suggestion I went to best hospital here and done all tests like CBCT. Doc has said Implant is the only way. For first teeth calcium available in Jaw is 10.3 mm for next tooth its 8.3mm. Doctor has said price for first tooth approx 50K and for second one 70K. This is very expensive for me. He said the implant is European quality and best one in titanium. Please suggest Doctors.

I have white tongue for more than a month now , its some sort of white coating . I have no other symptom other than this . It started one back back when i had fever . Then fever went in few days but white coating on tongue is persistant . Please help .
