Since last few years I am having a problem in my left cheek. If I'll try to puff my cheek or will try to blow balloon it will start paining and it will last at least for 10 to 15 mins.

The problem you have listed may be arising due to improper position of your wisdom teeth. Or you may be biting on your cheek accidentally and when you stretch your cheeks the wound may be getting stretched and might be producing pain . there are many causes of such a problem please visit a dentist for further diagnosis and investigations

Hi.. it is pretty unusual concern..not being able to puff at all is a neurological problem eg in facial paralysis..but suffering from pain while puffing means something is wrong in your cheek..as there are a lot of structures passing in the cheek..eg ducts of salivary glands which might have stones etc ..so all in all you need further investigation..best is to consult a specialist in Oral Diagnosis.
