Tooth and Mouth Problems

I wanted to know the crown removal procedure for a Molar teeth. If crown remover is used as a procedure to remove which can remove the crown within minutes or cutting the tooth with carbide drill which can take 1 hour.Wanted to know the chances for both which cannot break the tooth???

My right side of the mouth and throat is paining since two days and it is getting difficult to swallow anything even water. It is a continuous pain and opening mouth to the size of child bite is only possible, if I try a bit more it pains more. Please suggest what it might be and what should be done to cure it.

Pain in root of teeth, and surrounding area swelling, puppet jaw right side. Redness. Pain aggravated while chewing any food. For last one week used pain killer Cipzen D plus, Antibiotics - Ampoxin500, also used tooth paste Vantej, Sensoform, Senquel-f. But no mejor relief till now... Stopped pain killer for last 2 days now again pain increased.
