Hello,for sensitivity you can use any sensitive toothpaste available in market visit a dentist and get the checkup done.if there are any cavities get it filled. get your scaling and polishing done every 6 months. brush twice daily, floss regularly.Rinse after every meal.

Sensitivity is because the upper layer is worn out. This may be due to harsh brushing habit, using hard tooth brush, grinding your teeth and so on. You need to go and see your dentist.
