Hello, visit a dentist and get it checked. pain could be because of infection to the roots. get an X ray done.it is better to see the case clinically for proper treatment and prognosis.

Taking only pain killers like combiflam will not help in all cases, u should go to dentist check what is the problem , is it a tooth problem or a periodontal problem and accordingly u can go ahead with treatment

Hello Ma'am Greetings of the day. You need to get a x-ray done so that only then you will know the extent of the damage of the tooth and accordingly plan your treatment. By taking painkillers you so will only get temporary relief. You need properly prescribed medications to help you with the pain and infection.

hi,you have to take antibiotics along with combiflam.Also visit a dentist who after x ray will evaluate the amount of bone loss along with any cavity present & you may require root canal treatment along with opinion from gum specialist.
