Tooth and Mouth Problems

I want Deep Cleaning of Teeth to be done, how much will it cost me? Also suggest a follow up package of the same.

I have a problem in mouth I thing this is candidates My treatment is continuing from one week Dr. Prashant Malhotra in laxmi Nagar he was doing me hydrogen peroxide for washing my mouth and he give me one gel this was name rexidine - M, and medicen tablets derris, medilac I am using for one week. But my mouth conditions was not good not improved please some suggestions

Long time history of teeth pain sometimes feel normal. Extreme pain in all the teeths and mostly happens when eating something or pressing teeths with each other.
