Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have swelling behind my left molars ,throat is paining too and left side of aching hurting badly..

After extraction i cannot understand is it healing or not plzz any doctor give me some tips for me to underst that it's healing or not

My mom has a diabetes since from the past ten years and it's under control. Her sugar level is low, no BP issue but since from three months mom is suffering again from mouth ulcers. The thing is that we try a lot of medication but no good result. And day by day the ulcers is spreading everywhere inside her mouth. Please suggest me what to do? Please help my mom. Though i brush twice a day i suppose to feel the bad breath with in 1 hour after brush and its very abnormal

But that filling is started removing automatically when i eat something. my docotr had told me that if their may any pain then we the tooth will be permanently filled.
