Mostly  u need to take an x-ray ..detect the fracture line then mostly go for rct followed by a crown.
Next Steps
visit  a nearby dentist and in mean time u can take some medications to get relief from the pain.

Hello you need to visit a dentist get it checked. Get an x-ray done, if there is a cavity get it filled. If there is infection to the root of tooth get it treated and place a crown over it.
