Take:-
•Tab O2 twice daily for 5 days after meals
•Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5 days after meals
•Tab Rablet D once daily for 5 days before meals
•Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days
•Apply Pain out tooth gel Colgate 2-3 times daily for 15 minutes on affected side and rinse with plain water OR clove oil at home on affected side can be applied 2-3 times daily
•Warm saline rinses between meals
☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Augmentin 625mg

Kindly take tab. Ketorol dt thrice a day after food to relieve pain. Do warm salt rinses and mouthwash twice a day to prevent further aggravation of pain and infection

Extend Augchoice 625dose for more 3 to 5 days.
Add tab Metrogyl 400 thrice daily for 5 days.
Tab. Pantocid DSR once daily in morning empty stomach.
For pain Tab. Ketorol DT( first dose take two tabs dissolve in water together followed by single tab thrice daily for 3- 5 days.
Apply Rexidin M Forte gel at affected tooth 5 times daily with fingertip.
Next Steps
After lockdown visit dentist and get the tooth checked
Health Tips
Don't forget to do warm saline rinses for at least 6-8 times a day.
It improves oral health.
Don't apply pressure on affected tooth while chewing.
Don't sleep on affected side.

Please take Ketorol DT, one tablet 2-3 times a day, to be dispersed in half glass water, and to be taken after meals, for 3 days.
