The reason for this condition is that the decay has become deep and infection has reached the tissues around the root of the teeth.  The teeth need to be treated by draining out the infection first and then doing a pulpectomy. Along with medications for pain and infection.
Next Steps
Visit your dentist.  They ll do their best.

Hi.. you are telling the symptoms of root canal infection which leads to pus accumulation in lip also. Better to go for removal of tooth under proper antibiotic cover. As permanent tooth will come at age of 6 there is no benefit of RCT.

Upper front teeth will take another year or so to fall out , I don't understand why lips are swollen, unless child has had a fall, lips are not affected . I suggest you get the treatment immediately for upper front teeth in order for pain to come down , otherwise child will stop eating ,go to dentist now.

Hello sir. Greetings of the day. The pain and swelling is due to an infection which has reached the nerves of his teeth. A x-ray needs to be done to assess the extent of decay. Depending upon the extent of decay the teeth might be saved by a pulpectomy (rct) or they might have to be extracted. You need to take him to Pediatric Dentist for an affirmative treatment plan.
