Is there any movement in your teeth? If yes , they might fall after some time. If no, then there are multiple reasons for tooth pain, it can be caries , pulpal inflamation , or any periapical pathology. You should get it diagnosed first, and get an IOPAR of tooth with pain.

Pain doesn't necessarily mean that the teeth will fall. It can be due to caries or maybe it needs cleaning. For further clearance please attach some pictures.
