Hello, bad breath could be because of deposits on teeth surface or food lodged in between teeth. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, you can use any good sensitive toothpaste. Night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

Hello Sir. The reasons for your problem can be either dental or physiological. As a dental problem, it could be because of a decaying tooth/teeth in your mouth or could also be due to too much plaque and calculus deposits on your teeth. If the smell is due the deposit, you need to visit a dentist and get your scaling done as normal brushing does not remove the deposits. Even after scaling if the smell does not go, you should visit your physician for further advice.
