There are several ways to clean your tongue and freshen your breath without using a tongue cleaner or Listerine mouthwash: 1. Brushing: Use your toothbrush to gently brush your tongue after you've brushed your teeth. Be sure to brush the entire surface of your tongue, including the back and sides, to remove bacteria and debris. 2. Scraping with a Spoon: If you don't have a tongue cleaner, you can use a spoon to gently scrape your tongue. Start from the back of your tongue and scrape forward to remove any buildup. Rinse the spoon after each scrape. 3. Salt Water Rinse: Mix a teaspoon of salt into a glass of warm water and swish it around in your mouth for 30 seconds to a minute. This can help kill bacteria and neutralize odor. 4. Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to help keep your mouth moist and wash away food particles and bacteria that can contribute to bad breath. 5. Chewing Sugar-Free Gum: Chewing sugar-free gum stimulates saliva production, which can help rinse away bacteria and freshen your breath. 6. Eating Crunchy Fruits and Vegetables: Foods like apples, carrots, and celery can help clean your teeth and tongue naturally by scrubbing away plaque and bacteria. 7. Avoiding Odor-Causing Foods: Limit your intake of foods like garlic, onions, and spicy foods, which can contribute to bad breath. Remember that maintaining good oral hygiene habits, such as brushing your teeth twice a day, flossing daily, and visiting your dentist regularly, is essential for overall oral health and fresh breath. If you continue to experience persistent bad breath despite these measures, it's important to consult with a dentist to rule out any underlying dental issues.

Hello! *There are many reasons for bad breath. *Do not use mouth wash and very long duration it ll make your oral cavity more dry, and eventually leads to bad breath, instead use warm salt water. *Rule out the cause for permanent solution.
