Tooth and Mouth Problems

I listen a clicking sound from my right side of jaw and my both jaw becomes very painful when I use then too much. My shoulder and neck are also very painful. Before occurring this problem I had underbite problem. Also I feel breathing problem. Is this problem  related to my bad posture? Please help me so that I come back my normal jaw.

I brush my teeth twice also use plaza mouthwash but still the colour of my teeth is not white infact it is pale and dull. What should I do

I have been having mouth Redness in the inner cheeks and on the palate for about 1 week . In this course of time I visited a doctor who gave me some pills and 3 injections of deficient vitamins and capsules of folic acid and DHA. I was feeling better until last night that my mouth started becoming dry and now the complete palate and the inner sides of cheeks have become red, sour and even the tongue is having dots emerging on it with tongue soreness. The doctor diagnosed me for Deficiency syndrome in my mouth, but now it isn't working nice. The doctor is a BAMS(Bachelor in ayurvedic medicine and surgery)

I met with an accident and broke one of my front tooth into half and also my roots were sensitive to cold and hot. Then my dentist did rct and after the filling procedure it's paining badly it's been 4 days. Is it normal ?
